  • Q. What is a contingency fee?
    A. When you engage PNP to conduct a search for your organization, you pay a fee when one of the job seekers we have recruited for you accepts your offer of employment and becomes an employee of your organization. PNP's contingency searches are conducted with a reach that is as far and as wide as most retained searches and offers you a highly successful and affordable way to hire mid-level and executive staff. Remember, you pay the contingency fee only after the desired result occurs.

    Q. Are your searches backed by a guarantee?
    A. PNP guarantees the placement of an employee for 90 days. If, for any reason other than a lay-off or a substantial job change, the employee leaves your employment before 90 days, PNP will replace that employee in the same position at no additional charge.
